This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy for bewiconnect.com and applies solely to individuals who reside in the State of California.

(ii) protect BEWI Connect trade secret or proprietary information.

DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to request that we delete your personal information. To make such a request, please call 1-888-320-1540 x 303.

Additional uses of your non-personal and personal information may allow us to tailor products and services to your needs, help organize and manage our relationship with you or your business, conduct business, provide customer and guest support, perform functions described to you at the time of collection, and enforce our Site’s Terms of Use.

We may also use non-personal aggregate information to improve our Site and our products and services offerings. For example, our internet service providers may report that there were a particular number of visitors to certain areas of our Site, or that a certain number of businesses or individuals completed forms in particular areas of our Site. VERIFYING CONSUMER REQUESTS

In order to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or deletion, we will require three pieces of personal information that must match information that BEWI Connect has on file during any request to access or delete personal information. If that information matches the information that BEWI Connect has on file, you will receive a two-factor authentication via email or telephone in order to confirm your identity.

If we are unable to confirm your identity based on this process, we will not release or delete the personal information.

NONDISCRIMINATION

We will not discriminate against you because you have chosen to exercise any of your California privacy rights listed above.

AUTHORIZED AGENTS

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request to know or a request to delete your personal information. If you do so, your agent must provide written permission to act as your agent, and you may also be required to verify your identity with us.
